Croatian Holidays

Trogir (near Split) is an amazing and very romantic small town.
It is situated within a landscape of rocky shores
and pine woods.

The frequent use of lion symbols are connected
with Venice; Trogir was part of the Venetian
Empire for more than 360 years.
Rrrrrroar!
We took almost 1000 pictures

Don't miss the fruit market if you ever go there
Here, you will find homegrown products like
olive oil and honey

The boat was our bus, we took it almost every day
(to be continued...)

I enjoyed your photos! I was in Trogir some years ago, only going through actually, but I remember very well the market, I bought a string of dried pepperoni there and a bunch of dry "Hagebutten", they still hang in my kitchen. :-)
